The Ikon LinkPod offers the flexibility of using an ‘off the shelf’ programmable IR remote to operate a Podule based system. It is ideal for home cinema and education systems that use a single, low cost remote to provide operation to a multi-room system. The LinkPod interfaces with any of the Podules via PodNet and will allow for wireless handset operation over a virtually unlimited number of devices such as amplifiers, switchers, electric screens, blinds, and curtains as well as a host of source and display products. It can also be used as a simple IR to RS232 interface.
