We will endeavour to dispatch all goods within 3 working days. This may be longer in busy periods.
Also please allow 14-21 days for goods out of stock.
For web sales
Orders placed via web site will be shipped free to any UK address.
Free delivery applies to UK address only.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann and Isle of wight are not covered by free delivery and additional cost will be occurred. Please contact us for this.
Deliveries to addresses outside UK will also have an additional charge. Please contact us for this.
Delivery will take 1 to 3 days depending on items ordered. Please allow up-to 21 days.
For any other orders
For Next Day Delivery of connection plates and adapters (stocked items only) orders must be placed before 12 noon on a working day for delivery the next working day – Monday to Thursday. Any order placed on Friday will be sent for delivery on the following Monday. (Saturday delivery available at extra cost on request.)
For Next Day Delivery of control units that require programming (stocked items only) orders must be placed before 10 O'clock am on a working day for delivery the next working day – Monday to Thursday. Any order placed on Friday will be sent for delivery on the following Monday. (Saturday delivery available at extra cost on request.)
All custom items are on a 10 working day lead-time and will be sent out after this time has elapsed.
All goods sent to a site address will be sent by courier and will be required to be signed for on delivery.
Tracking numbers for all deliveries are available on request.
Standard delivery charge of £12.50 applies to all orders.
All shortages or breakages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery.
Out of stock items.
Customers will receive an email or telephone call within the next working day with an approximate delivery time.
We maintain a large stock of goods but if any part of an order is temporarily out of stock the remainder of the order will be shipped once the items are back in stock. An email or telephone call will sent to the customer advising an estimated delivery date for any missing item(s).
Upon clearance of full payment, or account verification and subject to availability, the ordered goods will be dispatched to the address quoted by the customer.
We accept no liability for undelivered or mis-delivered items due to the customer supplying incorrect address details.
Late & Lost Orders
In the unlikely event that your order should fail to arrive please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01299 250991.
Please provide your order number and we will carry out a thorough investigation with our courier and endeavour to get your package delivered to you.
Should you wish to cancel your order and it has been dispatched by us you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned back by our courier as well as the original charge for sending the goods.
If your order has failed to arrive within 7 working days from the date of placing your order, it is deemed by us as lost.
Should you fail to report to us that your parcel has not arrived within this time and we have a signature of delivery from our courier we will be unable to claim for loss of the item from our courier and therefore unable to replace your goods.
Should you refuse to sign for your package within this 14 day period you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned back.
